Awkwafina
American musician and actor Awkwafina began her career with hilarious hip-hop tracks that addressed the issue of sexuality and race with the most outrageous comedy perspective prior to expanding her repertoire to Hollywood. Nora Lum, born in Forest Hills Queens to Chinese and Korean immigrants, was her first musical encounter. She was a trumpeter. In the following years, she took up studying classical music and hip hop. At college, she concentrated on studies, concentrating in both journalism and women's issues. For a brief period during which she lived in Beijing, she also studied Mandarin. After graduation, she began to concentrate on music. Her track My Vag, a response song to Mickey Avalon's My Dick gained viral popularity via the Internet in 2012. The track was later included on her album Yellow Ranger released in 2014. The album also included popular hits that went viral, such as body-positive Queef or winking hometown tour in NYC Bitche$. The latter track connected directly to her other venture, Awkwafina's NYC guide to traveling published in the year 2015. A musician and an author were on her resume she began looking for the role of a third-party actor. The actress has been in films including Neighbors 2 Storks, and Bad Rap. In 2018, she landed several important roles such as Dude Ocean's eight or Crazy Rich Asians. The EP was released in June.
