Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress who was born on May 26, 1978 in Campinas Sao Paulo. She is known as an actor in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) and A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to be a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime in March 2020. She is a current analyst and team leader for GI-TOC collaboration with multilateral partners. Her research focuses on the illegal market, disappearances and assassinations. Research interests include the effects of organized crime on law, policy and legislation that pertain with human rights. Ana Paula earned an LL.M. with distinction with distinction International Law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She holds a LL.M. with a concentration in Public Law, as well as an MBA in international relations at Fundacao Getulio Vargas. Ana Paula received a magnacum laude bachelor's degree from Federal University of Rio de Janeiro in Legal and Social Sciences. She was a trained lawyer who spent four years at an attorney firm for public law. Other experiences include helping in roles with non-governmental organisations headquartered within Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
